1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Jewelry must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
- Any accompanying accessories, certificates, or packaging must be returned in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling.
4. Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the product is received damaged or defective, please notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
