1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Any accompanying accessories, certificates, or packaging must be returned in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
